3-1-1 PLEASE HOLD, 3-1-1 PLEASE HOLD!!!!!


The Insite has been told by sources in the city of Houston that the municipalities highly touted 3-1-1 help line has been inundated with calls. Calls from people seeking help to deal with the new computer system at Municipal court. The court system administrator acknowledged after going on line a couple of weeks ago the computer system was moving really slow because the staff was not up to speed. That slow down we're told is causing a massive back up at the city's 3-1-1 line with court defendants trying to figure out heads or tails. This delay has caused one city council member to delay a program that will be revealed in the near future. That council person didn't want to further burden the 3-1-1 center while it's being smothered by calls from the municipal court system.
