WHY THE ASIAN MAN GOT TO PICK AND DELIVER THE FRUIT????
Someone in my neighborhood brought this issue to my attention. I have passed it a dozen times and have not paid any attention to the matter. But there is a HEB store in the Woodlands. And out in front of it is a statue of a man on a bike delivering fruit. As you look closer at the statue you can tell it is that of a person of Asian decent. So the person I spoke with wanted to know "Why the Asian man got to pick and deliver the fruit?" That person thought the statue outside of the HEB was really racist. The jury is still out for me so I decided to bring it to your attention to tell me what you think. Racist or not????

i say its racist. Next they'll have a black amn picking cotton and a mexican cutting a lawn
ReplyDeleteWhat race is supposed to pick fruit? I'd say just about anyone can pick and deliver fruit. BTW what is racist about a Mexican cutting the lawn- THEY DO! It's just a statue- it's art.
