HIS BODYGUARD TURNED HIM IN TO THE FEDS!Rapper T.I. was arrested on federal gun charges just hours before he was scheduled to perform at the BET Hip Hop Awards, according to federal authorities. The entertainer, whose real name is Clifford Harris, was arrested in a federal sting Saturday after his bodyguard-turned-informant delivered three machine guns and two silencers to the hip-hop star, according to a Justice Department statement. Authorities said that Harris, 27, provided the bodyguard $12,000 to buy the weapons, which Harris is not allowed to own because he is a convicted felon. Court documents said Harris was convicted on felony drug charges in 1998, and a federal affidavit said he has been arrested on gun charges in the past. However, one of his attorneys, Dwight Thomas, said he was not aware Harris was a convicted felon and that "a number of people" live in Harris' suburban Atlanta home. Thomas added there were "two sides to every story -- sometimes three" and he was confident the legal system would work in Harris' favor. The entertainer was taken into custody about 2:30 p.m. ET Saturday in Atlanta, where the BET award show was filmed. Harris, the show's top nominee, was up for nine awards, including CD of the year and lyricist of the year. He also was scheduled to perform, along with fellow rap stars Common, Nelly and Kanye West. The show went on without the self-proclaimed "King of the South," whose car and College Park, Georgia, home were searched following his arrest.

Stock piling this world's riches, all the while, being bankrupt according to God's kingdom. What a shallow life to live... I have yet to see a U-Haul at a burial site! Seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness first...Once you seek Jesus, your whole agenda will be changed...Jesus wins in the end...What an AWESOME person to follow! Eventually every knee will bow and every tongue eventually confess that Jesus is Lord! Yes, Lord over every other lord! You will one day eventually bow and confess... Why not do it now, while circumstances don't yet force you! Acceptance of Jesus into your heart, allows you power to live a positive and productive life. You then live forever, ruling and reigning with Christ forever! Those are perks that our world system can NEVER give us! NOTHING on this earth EVER touches what God has prepared for us! Hopefully, this particular rapper will get his priorities straight during his time of humiliation... This is an obvious speed bump in his life, telling him to slow down and observe the writing on the wall... Fame, riches, loved ones can all be wiped out in minutes... Invest in the inseen things, as they last forever.. God bless you all... Remember to work out your salvation with fear and trembling...No other decision is more important than working out your salvation...Death will come to all at some given time, however, if you are not prepared, your penalty is an eternity apart from God... God has so loved our world, that he wishes for no man to perish...
