19 YEARS OF SERVICE IN THE COMMUNITY MEANS A LOT OF PLAQUES!

I've been to the headquarters of the Harris County Precinct 6 Constable's office several times but Tuesday was the first time I actually opened my eyes. What I saw was incredible. Hundreds and I do mean hundreds of awards line the walls at the Lockwood street building. They are mainly appreciation awards presented to Constable Victor Trevino over the 19 years he has held office. I asked an employee about all the awards and she said they were just talking about in the office. She went on to say there are dozens more in boxes. I guess it's a testament to the hard work, time and dedication Trevino has put into the community. The awards range from baseball appreciation plaques to helping veterans. Even windows in the stairwell are filled with trophies from the last two decades recognizing the Constable and his staff. Sylvia, you must be proud. This was just one of those things the Insite will take notice of!
I think that means after 19 years its time for some one else to have a chance to "make a difference" in the community.
ReplyDeleteJolo you are a stupid as your comments. He is a man that's making a difference in the community and all you have to do is say something negative.....
ReplyDeleteGet a life........
I think that there should be term limits just like it is for mayor and city council.
ReplyDeleteI really wish they did not have term limits for presidents. alot of people still think bush is doing a great job.
Megalomania is an interesting thing.
