WHERE TO THIS EVENING, SIR?
One of the Insite operatives spotted Houston Rockets star player Tracy McGrady at a party last week. The thing that stuck out to the operative was that McGrady had a driver for his car. The Insider said the driver had on a shirt that indicated he was hired for the task. It's almost like a throw back to the old Hollywood days when all the celebrities had drivers. I personally think it's a smart idea especially if a celebrity is going to be out partying or having a few cocktails. For all of us wealth challenged Houstonians we all should stick with designated drivers. If you were a celebrity would you have a driver to avoid wrecks and arrests like Paris, Brittney and Lindsey? The Insite would like to hear your opinion on McGrady's driver situation!

Well when JOLO is parlaying (under cover of course) to the hotspots in town, I rather push my own rig instead of having a driver.
Having a driver kinda give everybody the idea that your ballin outta control which personally I need the additional attention especially at the Sky Bar.
But for Tracy I understand totally HPD seem to got the lock on Rockets players (ie Steve Francis) and Texans players.
Its like HPD have someone posted at all the clubs to notify them when a player is getting ready to leave.
The next thing you know Rusty Hardin sleeps with a scanner next to his bed.
Smart on McGrady's part.
#1. If he does drink and drive, he should not get behind the wheel of a car. He would endanger his own life and the lives of innocent people.
#2. When he is recognized by cops, (especially those of another culture) they will likely try to F#@! with him, and pull him over on some lame "probable cause." i.e; changing lanes without a signal, driving too slow, driving too fast, driving while black, driving a nice car while black, driving a nice car while black that the cop can't afford, driving a nice car while black that the cop can't afford plus you sucked in last night's game - you get the idea.
3. he's rich - he can afford it - so why not!
Well of course, now that he doesnt have to pay his baby momma that extra $3000/month.
And now to celebrate he can parade around town with a driver to show everybody that he can afford one and we can't LOL

sure beats getting pulled over, dui, "negative" publicity, etc... and possibly losing a nice contract over.
Makes sense... I mean really... DUI really is not a good look. PLUS he has the cash, without doubt.. His driver could probably loan me some gas money
