If a consumer is being taken advantage of these two are there to ensure they get a fair shake. Dan Parsons and Deana Turner are relentless in standing up for the rights of the consumers in Houston. Both make themselves available to members of the news media trying to crack open a scam or catch a bad guy taking advantage of senior citizens. The advocates work for the Houston chapter of the Better Business Bureau. Congratulations guys. And Deana sorry about the t-v screen capture image. ReplyDeleteThanks for the kind words, Isiah...we do not always win the fight, and we have to weigh customer AND business when looking at complaints...except when it's FRAUD...in that case...we nail the scum...it's too bad Houston has so much of it!
