RIOS IS ACCUSED OF STABBING AND KILLING A HOUSTON WOMAN EARLIER THIS MONTH DURING A CARJACKING. THE MEXICAN NATIONAL HAS BEEN ON THE RUN EVER SINCE. SOURCES TELL FOX 26 NEWS RIOS' MOTHER MARIA AND HIS SISTER ZOLIA
WERE BOTH UNCOOPERATIVE WITH INVESTIGATORS ON MONDAY. DURING THEIR QUESTIONING IMMIGRATION DISCOVERED THEY WERE BOTH IN THE COUNTRY ILLEGALLY. WE'RE TOLD THIS IS RIOS' SISTER'S SECOND TIME BEING DEPORTED. THE HARRIS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CONFIRMS THE TWO FAMILY MEMBERS
WERE TAKEN INTO FEDERAL CUSTODY...
They are in the country illegally then heck yeah go ahead and send 'em back. Besides... aren't we always told that its our duty as Americans to uphold the law and not hinder a criminal investigation? But I guess if they are here illegally that automatically let's us know they aren't giving "American Laws" a second thought.
