SHOULD WE SEE THE SAME MESSAGE IN AMERICA?
A person I know showed me a pack of cigarettes purchased from a duty free store in Mexico. The warning label on these smokes didn't pussy foot around the issue. The label was blunt. It read 'smoking kills' on a label that couldn't be peeled off. How cool is that? No cut in the message. It also warned about the dangers it poses to others on the back of the box. I had to grab the cigarettes and take a picture of the box. Do you think American distributors should be so bold here in the USA? I think it gets the message across but I doubt people will listen!
