Sad, Sorry to hear about your baby Rozzy. I once took my dog there and I showed up early and the groomers are a bunch of untrained disrepectful idiots.I didnt like they way they were conducting business very unprofessional. I never went back there again.
im sorry about your dog as the other person said about the groomers not all the groomers are untrained disrespectful idiots. but yes some are. I'm sure it was an accident no one would want to see a dog in that condition.
Keep us posted on this. This lady looks familiar and it's important to hear about this as a dogowner. I'm a PetSmart customer and I typically stop to watch the groomers and the dogs in the kennel. It doesn't make any sense for everyone to go the "good ole boy" route in the dogstore. Tieuel Legacy!
