HPD???: BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!!!
The Houston Police Department is coming under fire after it was revealed in federal court Thursday that homicide detectives allegedly used extreme tactics to try and get the family of little Kendrick Jackson to talk. The 3 year old boy has been missing since early April. His father Roderick Fountain is the main suspect in the case. And while Fountain was attempting to get released from federal custody on a weapons charge his defense attorney claimed HPD detectives showed Roderick, his wife and Kendrick's step mother Tish, and Fountains uncle Leonard Patrick an empty baby's casket. The family says HPD believes they know where the missing child is and showed them the baby's coffin as a scare tactic. However, HPD refused to comment. The head of homicide told The Insite he's not going to say if they did or didn't use a baby's casket to scare information out of the family. Captain Dale Brown says if the family has a problem with the alleged claim file a complaint or take them to court. The question for the Insite readers is Did HPD go to far???
I have no problem with using the casket. fountain is a scum bag and needs to fess up. momma is pretty worthless for doing it with a scumbag- makes her one too.
ReplyDeleteIf it were a lily white family the police department wouldn't have ever stooped so low. they just choose hispanics and blacks for treatment like this. I wonder what the black chief of the department thinks about this
ReplyDeletelily white? ok... prove it, prove that the police only used a casket because the worthless pile of garbage fountain is black. so it's racial now
ReplyDeletepolice never profile because of race!
ReplyDeleteL.A.P.D.
N.Y.P.D.
N.O.P.D.
ETC......
The arrogance of the police department clearly shows in this case. It didn't matter if they terrorize the father but not the rest of the family
ReplyDelete*kinda off task* But I was in Houston this past weekend, and I observed a few officers. The ones I saw were extremely unpleasant. Furthermore, they were rude to the people I was with. After talking to friends last night, they recommended me sending a letter to HPD’s human resource. If they aren’t required to take sensitivity training, I’d highly propose.

umm, was this poster trying to be sarcastic? cuz profiling is not the same as interrogating. Is being exposed to a casket really tramatic when you have a guy who is connected to multiple murders and a woman who has lost her only child?
This is SAD, let us change the focus off the fact that little K. Jackson is still missing and his "father" (and I use that term with great regret because he isn't a father at all) killed him and dumped him somewhere.
ReplyDeleteIt was a fact, if they don't find him soon he will be in a box!!!
HELLO!!! WAKE UP!!!! McFLY!!!
Stop, changing the topic of a young kid that is missing and most likely dead and your brother, son, friend, ect... killed him and left him out in the woods like trash! I don't get it but if you want to support him for killing his son then you really need to look at yourself.
Just like those crazy women who killed their children. YES, you are crazy. Anyone who kills a child is crazy but that doesn't mean they don't know what they are doing.
