Council member Addie Wiseman is now serving her third time on the Houston city council. She represents a lot of North Houston including the Kingwood area. But her district also includes Clear Lake so you can believe she earns a lot frequent driver miles in District E. Wiseman says her focus is making sure the constituents in her district have her ear and that of the Mayor. The wife and mother says she places high priority on children.
