HOW MUCH IS THAT 8-TRACK PLAYER OVER THERE????
A picture says a thousand words. But is this snap shot taken by The Insite saying Council member Michael Berry is on hard times pawning Ipods, old Sam Cooke albums, a Vince Young proclamation and two "Safe Clear" vests. No The Insite actually met the councilman/lawyer/realtor/talk show host at the location on N. Shepherd for an interview about the Houston Emergency Center. However, like The Insite, Berry says he enjoys going to pawn shops. I don't know what the attraction to the shops are for either of us but it's quite fun. One day The Insite will tell you about my former obsession with garage sales...but that's another post.
That's probably a new sponsor endorsement for his radio show. What's up Councilman, can't get those high-quality gigs with that "Councilman" title in front of your name?

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, when I read this I spewed coffee all over my keyboard this morning! Council Berry looking for a 8 track. You should be a stand up comedian Isiah! I mean my wife came in here to see what I was laughing at and read this and she could not stop laughing. Then I called my 2yr old to come read it and he fell on the floor in pain from laughing so hard. Very funny!
