R&B singer Regina Belle is making her media rounds in Houston with City Council Member Ada Edwards. Regina, who's had a long list of music hits, is in town for an engagement at The Shrine of the Black Madonna. Belle was also gracious enough to stop and take these photos for the Insite. Thanks.
