RECORDING AT STUDIO 7303 IN HOUSTON!
Funk Master George 'Atomic Dog' Clinton was in Houston over the weekend and he had R&B singer El DeBarge hanging out with him. The two performed in Austin Saturday at the Louisiana Swamp Thing and Crawfish Festival. By Sunday evening Clinton was at Studio 7303 recording his soon to be released album on the Shanachie album. Vice President of A&R Danny Weiss tells The Insite it's only one album now but the label would love to have Mr. Clinton as contracted artist. While in the studio the Insite ran into El DeBarge again who spent most of his evening posing for several cameras. He says he is having a great time in Houston while here visiting. Both are likely on a plane headed back home by now. The Insite would like to thank Carlon Scott and Kathryn Griffin for setting up the photo opportunity.
