HARRIS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICIALS ARE LOOKING FOR HIM!

STILL AT LARGE AND POSSIBLY ON A COCAINE BINGE!

On March, 15, 2008, at 1:00 AM, Suspect Scott Culpepper entered and robbed at knife-point the clerk working a “Valero” gas-station. He fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

On March, 17, 2008, at 4:00 PM, Culpepper entered and robbed this time at gun-point the clerk working a “Walgreens” pharmacy. He fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.


In both cases Culpepper approached the clerks with the pretense of buying cigarettes before robbing the establishments.


Culpepper is on parole for “Aggravated Robbery.” He is currently charged with “Aggravated Robbery w / Deadly Weapon” in the 209th District Court with a $0 bond. There is another “Aggravated Robbery w / Deadly Weapon” charge pending for the second offense. He is at large, and is considered armed and dangerous.


On 04-01-08, at approximately 10:30 am, Suspect Culpepper assaulted and robbed a (81) year old female for her vehicle. He subsequently crashed the vehicle a few blocks away from the scene. Culpepper is believed to be on a "Crack Cocaine" binge and is considered to be armed and dangerous. He is still at large. Charges are pending.
