Congressional Candidate Jarvis Johnson says he can't seem to get Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee to debate him. Johnson says it appears the incumbent in the 18th Congressional district is running scared. A spokesperson for Lee says she's busy running a race and serving as an active member of Congress. Sue Davis says Lee never committed to a debate on Monday at Rice University. Davis says it was always tentative.
