SOCIAL MEDIA POLL IS VERY CLOSE IN THE RACE FOR STATE REPRESENTATIVE!

BORRIS MILES VERSUS AL EDWARDS - WHO ARE YOU VOTING FOR?

The Insite conducted yet another social media poll for a political race that will affect Houstonians in the coming years. It's the race for State Representative in District 146. It has been one of the hottest races in the Houston area. Former State Representative Borris Miles is taking on incumbent Al Edwards who was also at one point the former rep for district 146. After surveying the people on two Facebook pages and my Twitter account the numbers are in. If the election were held today it would be too close to call in my opinion. The unscientific poll where people simply wrote in who they wanted placed Miles in first place. Edwards was second followed by undecided. This tells me these candidates will have to get out and sell their message. They will also have to set themselves apart in order to get a significant amount of the vote. Here are the final results from the people who are on social media:

Borris Miles - 50%

Al Edwards - 42%

Undecided - 8%
