THE LATEST ON THE PRESIDENTIAL ENDORSEMENT!You know it's the day before an election because the political allegations begin to fly. The latest was against incumbent Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. As some of you may not have heard the elected official from the 18th Congressional district received an endorsement from President Barack Obama over the weekend. But some claimed the President wouldn't endorse a candidate in a Democratic primary. They said the endorsement simply didn't make any sense. That source claimed Lee's stamp of approval from the Prez wasn't legitimate. The Insite started asking question of staffers in the White House. Matt Lehrach with the WH Press Office returned my call immediately. He said the President did in fact endorse Jackson Lee. Lehrach went on to say he authenticates the endorsement. So, this should put the latest political allegation to rest. She is officially endorsed by the President in one of Jackson Lee's toughest races.

ReplyDeleteToo bad you were to scarred to Debate Jarvis. He'd mopped the floor with you. Why? In a debate - you can't refuse to answer to questions like you do at the town hall meetings. SJL is a embarrassment to the 18th CD, Houston and Texas.

Strange since Queen Sheila endorsed Billary during the Presidential election.
ReplyDeleteOk so first SJL gets attacked for not supporting then Sen. Obama against then Sen. Clinton. Now that she gets the President's support in her election, she gets it again. SJL is my Congress-person because she gets the job done. I'm glad the primary is over today so that Sheila stops getting thrown under the "you're not black enough" bus.
