Harris County Precinct 7 Constable May Walker says she's had enough. Enough of convenient stores allegedly selling crack pipes in the community. Walker says those crack pipes come disguise as a novelty gift called Love Roses. You simply push out the fake stem rose and insert a piece of brillo pad that's also sold in the store. In seconds you have a crack pipe ready to smoke. Walker has sent several of her deputies out to stores to confiscate the items. She says, "can you believe they're selling these in our community." The pipes go for $1 while the brillo pads go for 75 cents.
