Court records show Carr along with two of his friends are accused of sexually assaulting a female they met at the strip club Harlem Knights four years ago.
The alleged victim was apparently an exotic dancer there.
The woman tells investigators the three men followed her from the club then pulled a gun on her and forced her into their car.
The woman says she ended up in an apartment and had no idea where she was.
According to documents filed with the court all three men forced the woman to perform oral sex and more.
When the suspects were done and leaving the apartment - the woman noticed a sign outside.
That sign read: Welcome to Baytown.
Police used DNA from the woman's private area and it lead them to Carr who was already locked up in TDCJ.
When questioned by investigators Carr reportedly said he didn't know how his DNA got into the victim.
However, Carr did admit he was celebrating his birthday at Harlem Knights the night in question but he doesn't remember taking anyone home to his 'BAYTOWN' apartment to have sex with.
The other suspects who were only identified as men from Atlanta and Houston still have not been caught!
