AN INTERVIEW WITH THE BOOT GUY!

I always wanted to talk to the guys who creep through the paid parking lots in Houston to see if you paid your fee.  If you don't they will either have you vehicle towed or place a boot on your car.  I finally ran across a booter who was placing a boot on a car Tuesday in downtown Houston across from Metro headquarters.  This guy said he had sympathy in some cases for those he saddle down to the ground.  But what I was glad to see is the parking lot czar double checked if the person he was booting actually paid.  When he did in this case he had to go back and remove the boot.  The driver apparently left the car without displaying his ticket in the windshield.  So the boot guy just left a warning.  View the video to see the experience!
