It was just a heart breaking display of ignorance. This Black woman
became so enraged about her burger being made wrong at McDonald's that
she called the female Hispanic clerk a w*t b*ck and b*tch multiple
times. I apologized to the clerk for that unacceptable over the top
behavior. Horrible!
Note: This argument began after the customer claimed there was no mayonnaise on her Hot & Spicy burger!
I would personally would be embarrassed to be a black woman if I were present at that time.

I'm appalled by the video, but most importantly by the comment left by "2WhomMuchIsGivenMuchIsRequired" about the fact that the lady in the video is from New Orleans, and that her behavior is to be expected. So, you're saying that there are no other people in the whole world that does not know how to articulate an argument, other than people from New Orleans? Let's not forget that the lady did have a valid argument, her food was prepared incorrectly, but by no means am I condoning her behavior. People, how many times have you gone through the drive-thru, gotten all the way home and realized that your order is incorrect...I'm sure you were livid. I'm originally from New Orleans and I agree that some people from there can take things too far at times, however, there are some of us that takes pride in who we are and where we are from. ReplyDeleteThis is a sad shame! I've had meals made wrong many times and if I'm still in the place of business I will simply go up to the counter and ask NICELY for them to make it again. If I have gotten back to home or work, I will call & ask to speak to the manager and they'll usually offer a free combo on my next visit. Its clear her ignorant tail is unemployed, that's why she's in her dang pajamas in the middle of the day. #pickandchooseyourbattles
