WOMAN SAYS SHE WAS FIRED FROM U OF H BECAUSE OF HER ETHNICITY AND RELIGION!

The University of Houston is facing another legal battle, this time based on discrimination.

Najat Elsayed once worked at U of H as a financial aid officer.

The woman of Arab decent says in a lawsuit she's filed when she became pregnant and told her supervisor the response she received was, "shit, shit, shit."

In the federal complaint Elsayed says the school and its administrators failed to accommodate her in anyway during her pregnancy.

The lawsuit also alleges the former financial aid officer was also a victim of racism by one of her coworkers on campus.

Elsayed alleged that person said, "all of them (Arabs) are smelly and abusive to their women."

The woman says when she complained to her boss about her treatment at U of H she was suspended and eventually fired.
