HPD OFFICER: MORE WASTEFUL SPENDING AT THE DEPARTMENT

MONITORING JUST WHO THE SHOCKERS SHOCK!!!!

A Houston police officer called The Insite to complain about what he calls more wasteful spending at HPD. That officer says when the boys in light blue out on the streets of Houston are in need of some of the very basic equipment like updated bulletproof vests, vehicles and more officers, the department is planning to spend thousands on new cameras for tasers. He says the department wants to document just how officers are using the alternative to busting a cap in someone. As many of you know there have been ongoing complaints and so the department want to monitor the use with the inclusion of a camera to some tasers. What do you think?
