PIMP C DVD PREMIERE AT THE ROXY!!!

WE'RE ABOUT TO SHAKE UP THE WORLD!!!!










It was a journey from fame to prison and back to fame again. That's the ride you will take while viewing the new Pimp C DVD that will soon be released to the public through Rap-a-Lot Records. The video chronicles the legendary Houston rapper's fall from grace that lands him in the Texas penal system. You're there when he is release after a four year stint behind prison bars. It gives you a rare look behind the scenes of the life of the UGK member while also highlighting some of Houston's biggest names. The list is long. Slim Thug, Bun B, Z-Ro, Willie D, Scarface, James Prince, Chammilionaire, and Lil Flip just to name a few. Other national recording artist like Young Jeezy, T.I., Too Short, Kanye West, and Birdman from CashMoney also have cameos in the dvd. Sway from MTV along with The Insite (Isiah Carey) also make appearances in the video. But the real story here is Pimp C and his effort to get back in to the ring of being a prize rapper. In one scene the rapper declares, "I'm 2 weeks out of jail and I got 17 songs done." Pimp C shares the small screen with fellow UGK member Bun B who says when C went to prison he almost drank himself sick. James Prince, CEO of Rap-a-lot makes appearances throughout the DVD. In a coversation between him and Pimp C he says, "we're here now and we fina shake up the world, not just Texas, the world..." And that appears to be Pimp C's goal and the reason behind this DVD release to proudly proclaim that he is back and he's about to shake up the world.
