WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BACK UPS TO END!!!!

STILL STUCK IN TRAFFIC!!!!!!!!

Leaving the Enron criminal trial in downtown Houston I found myself kind of excited Monday. I knew I would take the Southwest Freeway to get to the FOX studios. I was excited because I knew as a result of the closure for final construction completion last weekend traffic would finally be flowing smoothly on 59. After all, the state just opened the HOV lane including the addition of several new ones. So as I'm driving on to the southwest freeway I'm feeling very optimistic until I notice the entrance ramp to 59 was backed up. I justified it in my mind by believing there must a wreck because the newly constructed and operational freeway can't be backed up. Well, to my surprise it was. Backed up as usual northbound and southbound. That even after a new HOV and several new lanes were opened. My question is what will it take to end the back ups on 59? It's a nightmare to always be derailed by bunper to bumper traffic.
