WHO WOULD WIN IN A FIST FIGHT?

THE LAST MAN STANDING BECOMES COUNTY JUDGE IN HARRIS COUNTY!

Over the last several weeks I have seen dueling press release after press release between Harris County Judge candidates Ed Emmett and Charles Bacarisse. They have been swinging literal punches at each other so often that I feel like I got a black eye. Bacarisse claims Emmett is an appointed crony who doesn't follow through with promises to the people. While Emmett claims Bacarisse doesn't know what he's talking about most of the time and is not fit for the job. So I had an idea. How about we throw both of them in a boxing ring and the last man standing is the new Harris County Judge. Do you think that's a good Neanderthal way of deciding who we want to vote for as our next elected official? The second question I have is who do you think will win? I'm taking all bets before the house shuts it down!

    Gee, what a quandry.

Ed is too short to land a knock out punch, and Charles is to nice to beat up on a guy half his size.

They should resort to arm wrestling, like Herb did over a decade ago with his challenge to the CEO of a competitor.

I do not know enough about Bacarrise but have never heard anything bad about him from anybody within the Party. Emmett however was forced upon us by "ROB" Eckles. Eckles was dirtier than the day is long as was pappy.Nobody quits that job. We had to run Lidsey out of town with the help of the F.B.I. Eversole gets investigated by the F.B.I. and Eckles mysteriously quits.?! Eckles wanted unknown Emmett over the objections of the Rep. Party. Has everyone forgot that already? Emmett is a great way to cover Eckels tracks. I say let the Boy Scout win.
