I'LL TAKE A NUMBER 1 AND A BAG OF ICE!When was the last time you were in a McDonald's drive thru and suddenly remembered you needed a bag of ice? Did you purchase it from them? I've never thought about buying bags of ice from the fast food chain. But I do have to admit - McDonald's ice is very cheap. I bought a bag of ice in Baton Rouge this weekend from Circle K for the first time in a long time. How much was it? Almost $3!
McDonalds has been selling bags of ice for years and years. Why not sell people frozen water for a profit? haha

i'm with you Isiah. Sonic's Drive-In peddles bags of ice as well. I've always noticed the sign but it really "HIT" me two weeks ago like - What??? lol
ReplyDeleteI think now with high gas and the "shaky" economy we're all paying more sense to what's been sold where. Give me a deal - give me a deal I said! lol
Well, alot of Mexican (day laborers) stop by and get their breakfast tacos at the Mc donalds on westpark and fondren and its convient to get their ice for their chest also.
