THE CREATOR OF THE BOONDOCKS COMES TO HOUSTON!

AARON MCGRUDER IN HOUSTON TO MEET WITH FANS OF HIS HIT TELEVISION SHOW!















If you are a fan of the politically incorrect cartoon the Boondocks you were likely at the big viewing party Thursday night in Houston at DiverseWorks. It's where the creator Aaron McGruder had a chance to press the flesh with a long list of his fans that religiously view his strip turned hit show on the Cartoon Network. McGruder moved through the venue thanking all of his supporters and even stopped to encourage a local Houston artists who had the cartoonists ear for at least 10 minutes. The Insite a big fan of the show also ran into fellow Boondocks watcher - Willie D of the Geto Boyz. The event benefited the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Also attending the event: Kalele 'Party King' Thumbutu, Carl Daniel, Duarte Geraldino, Omar Wilson, Dr. John Codwell, Swiff Haywire, Jessica Michan and Hugo, Oliver, David Anderson, Von 'Cheeks 22' McDaniel, and a host of others.
