DO YOU RECOGNIZE THIS WOMAN ON THE $1,000 SHOPPING SPREE!Houston Police are looking for a woman they say used a stolen credit card to rack up over $1,000 in purchases at a Target store.
The case started on Feb. 26 when a woman at Saint Ann Catholic School on Westheimer found her car broken into. Her checkbook and credit cards were stolen along with other personal items.
The victim received a call later that day from Target Stores, informing her that someone used one of her checks to purchase a $500 gift card and that her credit card was used to purchase $544 in items.
Police say the suspect who used the credit card, a black female with a heavy build, was accompanied by another woman of medium build who was wearing a black sweat shirt and blue jeans.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information phoned in to 713-222-8477 that leads to the identification, arrest and charging of any suspect in this case. All callers remain anonymous.
I bet you money that she spent all $544 on food related items!

ReplyDeletesomeone definitely dropped the ball at Target. why did Target wait until AFTER the purchase to contact the victim about someone using her credit cards and checks? Something doesn't add up. Proper ID should have been checked with the large purchase - I wonder if sista girl had an "inside" hookup from someone.
