OFFICER KEVIN WARREN GETS THE SUPPORT OF THE COMMUNITY!










Hundreds of people turned out to support Houston police officer Kevin Warren. The single father of four young girls lost his home to a fire back in February. The Houston Police Officers Union held a fundraiser for the veteran officer on Friday afternoon. By the time the Insite arrived the line to buy barbecue plates was out the door. Warren says it was more than he imagined. He says this is a reminder of just how close his family at HPD is to those in distress. The Insite ran into several familiar faces supporting officer Warren. On that list: Carl 'The New Hammer' Davis, Councilman Mike Sullivan, John Guess representing for Councilman Ronald Green, Council member Toni Lawrence, Joslyn Johnson (wife of Rodney Johnson), Jeff Caynon and the list goes on.
