YOUR TEXAS: BAPTIZING BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!

THE TENT, THE TROUGH, AND THE MAN SETTLES DOWN WITH A HOLY MESSAGE!

On a quiet strip along FM 1485 in Conroe is a small church that really doesn't catch your attention unless you give it a second glance. It's called The New Day.

It was built from the ground up back in 2005 by the man who calls himself a prophet. Ronnie Crankshaw says he's been in the church since he can remember. It was only natural he would one day open his own. Crankshaw says, "it's full gospel and there's some prophesying." That means not only does he preach the word, he tells you what's going to happen.

Crankshaw says everyone is not so embracing of his type of religion but he keeps spreading the word. There are about 25 registered members at New Day.

The Conroe resident says for more than 20 years he's traveled around the country preaching from a tent. That same blue tent still sits on the side of his church on an old trailer that for now remains idle. But Crenkshaw says 2005 was the year he folded up the tarp and decided to plant roots at New Day.

The church is not your traditional holy house. Just outside and to the left of the building is a horse trough. Crankshaw says in 2008 and even today it serves as his baptismal pool. That's right, nearly 30 people have traveled to the small church in Montgomery County to be baptized in its waters.

Crankshaw says all of you are invited to stop by and see what his church has to offer. The Insite would like to thank the Prophet for dropping by the Insite!

I really loved this article that you did.I know this Prophet you speak of, and he is indead a true and well known prophet. Not very many preachers liked the messages that he had to bring. He had many prophecies. And beleive it or not they have came to past. From earthquakes, to politics, and health. I have seen the lord even bless people with gold in their mouth. But I am going to stop now. But I really think you did a great job on this article.

Phrophet Crankshaw is a true servant of God. There is a mighty move of God taking place at this location. People from all walks of life assemble for one common purpose, to lift up the name of God. I have attended this church and my life has never been the same. God is truly present there.
