DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHERE I BOUGHT THEM?
The most popular conversation piece on my Facebook and The Insite page has been my red socks. People either love them or hate them. Mary Benton swears I bought them from the Dollar Store. These are Ralph Lauren authentics. Admit it, you all love the red socks!
No, we don't. Please don't wear that outfit EVER again.
ReplyDeleteIsiah, as I told you earlier, just 'cuz Ralph Lauren put a little man on a polo horse design on your socks, it doesn't make them fashionable.
ReplyDeleteAnd really, I did see those at the dollar store! marked "irregulars" :-)
I've got some red socks like that, and I wear them sometimes... around Christmas!
ReplyDeleteAfter you hit 40, you're embarrassed by a lot less than you used to be, so I might just wear them non-holidays too, except mine actually have Christmas lights on them. You can pull off the look, tho.
Isiah just because I fail to see the beauty in your red socks does not means you shouldn't wear them..but not too often.
ReplyDeleteLOL. Christmas Socks.
ReplyDeleteYou need your own Haberdashery line.
ReplyDeleteBTW - I don't have your email on this laptop so I wasn't able to send you the letter from FTA to METRO, dated April 27th, notifying them of a draft report as to non-compliance and possible violations of the Title VI Civil Rights rules, and giving them 30 days to respond. Carrie at the Chronicle asked for it last week also.
I am signed up to speak at METREAUX tomorrow.
No bruh. Those red socks are played. I don't care how much you paid for them. Always wear black socks or black socks with nice pinstripes (very light). I even think tan colored socks (even with khakis are a no-no).
ReplyDeleteColored socks are for kids.
