Justice!? ... this group wants to 'HANG' "Captain Redneck." This HFD captain should have been reprimanded for having the noose in his locker - he showed poor judgement - but "taking his badge" is too extreme. On the other hand, the other firefighter that FAILED to utilize the chain of command should also be reprimanded. The chain of command exist for a reason and there are rules and regulations dictating how to report such things here at HFD - this firefighter failed to follow the policy in this case. Hopefully, nothing more happens with this issue and all parties can move on.
A noose became a symbol of racism when Whites began putting it round the necks of Blacks they wanted to punish. Just because you're dumb ass hell and don't know doesn't make it so. Take your denial to your grave.
So the black community activist and the Black Firefighters Union, are asking for "JUSTICE" b/c of something they deem racist?
Isn't that like the pot calling the kettle black?
These 2 groups are defined by their racial composition, are they not? How many Asians, whites, or Hispanics are part of these groups? Yet they want to throw stones and say something is racist? HMMMMMMM
Sounds like these guys are looking for something to whine about AGAIN.
Any other knots we arent allowed to tie? Just curious, I wouldn't want to unknowingly 'offend' anyone with a square knot. They need to get over theirselves.

ReplyDeleteSo when did a noose become racist? Many folks, not just African Americans, have been hung. As usual, trying to make something racist that isn't!!!!!
