The Fire Chief Phil Borsikie and subordinates was responsible for causing approx 10 civilian Black employees to leave the Houston Fire Department. Some black employees felt like they was reliving the type of racism in the 1950's. The management allowed non-black employees to which appears to rob the City of Houston Tax Payers in large amount of non productive overtime.
