At least 4 of 8 Houston Police officers have been indicted by the Harris County Grand Jury. The officers are accused of official oppression in the April beating of then 15 year old burglary suspect Chad Holley. That alleged attack was captured on video tape. There is also a 3pm press conference being held by the Harris County District Attorney to release the details....stay tuned.
