A WAY TO HELP IN THE COMMUNITY AND EARN SOME EXTRA MONEY!From HISD: We are hiring 270 tutors for the Apollo 20 schools. Here’s more info ( link below). Those who get the job will be part of the “high dosage tutoring” at these nine schools. We want to have one tutor for every two students who are below grade level. This IS NOT part of the Saturday tutoring we have mentioned. We ARE NOT starting Saturday tutoring as part of APOLLO 20 this fall. It will likely be added later. THESE 270 tutors will be doing this tutoring during the school day. The schools have an extended school day and an extended school year.
