HOUSTON POLICE CHIEF VISITS HARRIS COUNTY GRAND JURY!

In a very rare move the Insite has learned HPD police chief Charles McClelland has been asked to appear before the Harris County Grand Jury today. The Insite has learned the chiefs's appearance centers on a group of Houston police officers accused of beating a 15 year old back in April. That beating was captured on video tape. McClelland made that appearance just before noon today. The Insite will keep you updated with the latest on the case. Those officers involved could face criminal charges if the Grand Jury decides to push forward with the case.
