16 TO 17 HOUSTON POLICE OFFICERS WERE PART OF THE INTERNAL INVESTIGATION!Did you know? At least 16 to 17 Houston police officers were involved in the internal investigation into the alleged beating that was caught on tape? However, Chief Charles McClelland with HPD says only 7 were on the scene - a supervisor the 8th cop arrived later. 7 of the city cops were fired, 4 criminally indicted and 5 suspended in the alleged beating of Chad Holley. He is the 15 year old now 16 year old burglary suspect who was allegedly beaten by the cops!
