BENJI'S ACADEMY ANNOUNCES LAWSUIT TODAY!

Federal & State Lawsuits Filed On Behalf Of Benji’s Special Educational Academy! 

  

WHAT: Administrators, parents and supporters of Benji’s Special Educational Academy will gather to discuss federal and state lawsuits filed this afternoon requesting a temporary restraining order. The TRO seeks to block the TEA from closing the landmark Northeast Houston institution. The TEA has reportedly scheduled a meeting tonight in Houston in an attempt to shut down the school.  Supports are determined not to let that happen.
