IS THIS THE NEW FACE AT KPRC TV?

IAN PAGE LEAVES THE GOLF CHANNEL FOR HOUSTON!

The Insite is hearing rumblings KPRC has a new anchor coming.  The NBC station has reportedly hired Ian Page.  He's a former anchor and reporter from the Golf Channel.  Sources tell the Insite Page will likely start off on the weekend anchor desk at the station.  Not sure where his permanent spot will be.  Here's more about the new anchor.  Welcome to Houston Mr. Page:

Iain Page joined the GOLF CHANNEL in 2004 and serves as a reporter and host for Golf Central, the network's nightly news program. An avid golfer with an eight handicap, Page brings more than 10 years of broadcasting experience to the GOLF CHANNEL. Following a stint as a local sports anchor at WAPT-TV in Jackson, Miss., Page joined ESPN in 1996 and hosted SportsCenter, ESPNews and was a play-by-play announcer for college basketball.
While there Page also was a regular contributor to ABC World News Now. Page practiced law for six years before pursuing his dream of becoming a television sportscaster and holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University, as well as a law degree from George Washington University.

    A new face with an empty head. I watch Golf Channel everyday. Ian Page is shockingly ignorant. It has nothing to do with race, or sex or anything else biased. I've just never seen an anchor or reporter anywhere on any media outlet that knows as little about the world around him as he does.
