TWO PROSECUTORS DISCOVER DRUNK DRIVING CRASH ON THE WAY TO WORK TO MONITOR LABOR DAY DWI'S!

Two Montgomery County assistant district attorneys stumbled across a suspected alcohol-related car accident on their way to a drunk driving checkpoint Friday night.
Andrew James and Tyler Dunman say they were driving down highway 242 near New Caney when they spotted the one-car wreck.

  1. We all need to stand up and DEMAND they end unconstitutional checkpoints. They are supposed to have probable cause before detaining and/or questioning people!
