CVS ROBBERS CAPTURED AND CHARGED!

On October 25, 2010 at approximately 0140 hours HCSO deputies responded to a robbery of a CVS at 26265 Northwest Freeway. Asuspect vehicle description and license plate was given by a witness. That information was then put out to all patrol deputies.

       

 Later in the morning deputies responded to similar aggravated robberies at the following CVS locations:

o       6079 North State Hwy 6

o       8317 Louetta

o       19715 State Hwy 249

        Shortly after the last robbery, HCSO district 5 deputies observed the suspect vehicle with three suspects on board at FM 1960 and Jones Rd. A traffic stop was performed and the suspects were detained. A pistol and rifle, along with items taken in the robberies was recovered.

        All three suspects have confessed their involvement in the robbery spree. Each has been charged with two counts of Aggravated Robbery by the District Attorney’s Office.
