HPD COP FOUND DEAD IN HOME!

The Insite has learned a Houston Police officer has been found dead in her home.  Sources have identified that officer as 38 year old Karen T. Harris.  We're told Harris called into work this morning and said she would not be in because of relationship problems.  Apparently, Harris' supervisor immediately sent a police unit to her home in Cypress, Tx. where she was found dead.  However, our sources say there were no signs of foul play or indicators of suicide.  Harris has been with the Houston Police department since 2003.  Kese Smith with the Houston Police Department confirms the death and would only say officer Harris' family has been notified.  Smith says another police agency is handling the case. Representatives of the Houston Police Officers' Union also confirmed the death!
