THURSDAY OCTOBER 27, 2010 THE BIGGEST EARLY VOTING DAY SO FAR!

An examination by the Insite of early voting records in Harris County show Thursday was the day not to be at the polls.  Why?  It was when the most people turned out in our community to cast their ballots before the big day on November 2.  It appears 44,324 people showed up at the polls in person (Thursday) yesterday.  The only day to come close since early voting began on October 18 is Wednesday - October 25 when just over 35,000 people carried out their civic duty.  This has been one of the hottest election seasons in Harris County since the 2008 Presidential election.  So far, more than 332,000 people have voted (in person) early in Harris County...keep going to the polls.  The last day of early voting is today - Friday - October 29!
