Qien Feng was just released from the Harris County jail today. This is after prosecutors say he tried to poison his neighbors dogs with get this - cheese balls laced with strychnine. Just why Feng allegedly wanted to see his neighbor's dogs dead in Rice Military is unclear. It was in that same neighborhood where Charlotte Liberda, the victim, dogs were poisoned back in July. They all survived. To prevent the incident from happening again Liberda installed cameras around her house. It was those surveillance units that captured 44 year old Qien Fang throwing those tainted cheese balls over Laberda's fence in a reported second attempt to take out her dogs. Fang was charged with cruelty to animals and released on a $2000 bond.
Sad, This is the garbage that lives around us. Sad times we are going thru with a bunch of sick people.
