DON'T LEAVE YOUR CHILD PORN AT THE BOOKSTORE!

A Kerr County criminal court today sentenced Ronald Swinderman, 43, to nine years in prison for child pornography promotion, a second-degree felony.

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott’s Criminal Prosecutions Division prosecuted the case in conjunction with the Kerr County District Attorney’s Office.

The Kerrville Police Department investigated Swinderman for child pornography promotion after he returned to a Kerrville bookstore to claim compact disks he had left behind during a previous visit.

The disks contained the defendant’s child pornography collection.

On Dec. 10, Swinderman pleaded guilty to the child pornography charge.
