Council Member Wanda Adams had enough!

Houston City Council member Wanda Adams let the director of the city's Human Resources Department have it Wednesday at the weekly City Council meeting.

There was a hot discussion on switching the city's insurance from Blue Cross / Blue Shield to Cigna.

In an effort to save money council is considering going from a fully insured to a self insured health insurance plan.

Did HR Director Omar Reid roll his eyes?

But during a discussion on the matter Adams began questioning Omar Reid who heads the city's Human Resources department.  Adams wanted to know the impact on city workers when it comes to cost.

Apparently, Reid rolled his eyes and the council member went off.  Adams said, "when Alfred Moran (City's Administration and Regulatory Affairs Director) do that to me I call him out Omar.  Y'all eyes be rolling all over the place.  When I'm talking to you I want contact...I'm done."

Reid responded by saying he wanted to address the council members concerns but by then Adams was hot and through with Reid. Booyaa!
