A local Houston television station is reporting one of the most wanted and hunted Americans has turned herself into authorities. Jessica Tata is wanted on criminal charges in Houston for the deaths of four children who died in her daycare last February. Tata fled the country and reportedly went to her parents home country of Nigeria after criminal charges were filed against her. Arson investigators say Tata left the children unattended in her daycare while she went to the store. That Houston television station is relying on information from Tata's brother who claims she's turned herself in to authorities in Nigeria and will not fight erxtradition.
