HE'S ACCUSED OF BITING OFF PART OF A MAN'S EAR!

Davon Stewart allegedly bit off a part of someone's ear and then was hit by a Dodge!

This is likely one of the strangest arguments I've read about in a while.  Houston Police say two deaf men were at a party in Houston this week when one got drunk and started arguing with others using sign language.

According to court records 26 year old Davon Stewart, who's deaf but can speak, kept interrupting the conversation of another deaf man identified as Edgar Escandon.  Witnesses also claim Stewart may have been drunk and was loud and abrasive towards other guests at the party.

According to investigators Escandon poured a bottle of malt liquor on Stewarts head to wake 'him up' and listen to what he was saying.  Ok.  Escandon then tried to escort Stewart out of the party that's when the fight began according to investigators.

Escandon reportedly tried to hold Stewart in a bear hug.  That's when prosecutors say Stewart bit part of Escandon's ear off.

Stewart then allegedly ran from the house into the street and was hit by a Dodge Durango - that's gotta hurt.  He was transported to the hospital where police came for him.

He allegedly gave cops a fake name but was still identified and handcuffed to a wheelchair.

We're not done just yet.

Investigators say despite being handcuffed to that wheelchair Stewart somehow escaped.  He was later caught and charged with aggravated assault.

Stewart's bond was set at $30,000!
